  • Individual Psychotherapy

    Individual therapy is a collaborative process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist. I will work to create a safe, caring, and confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, or behaviors. Together we will work through challenging or influential memories, heal from traumas, identify aspects of your life and relationships that you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and then work towards them. Taking the first step to seek therapy is a brave task that will lead to greater fulfillment and wholeness in life.

  • Relationship Counseling

    In relationship counseling, I seek to support people in intimate relationships. You may decide that therapy may be helpful in getting your relationship back on track with improved communication, understanding, or intimacy. You may also decide to engage in counseling to discern the future of an intimate relationship. Whatever your motivation, the relationship itself is the focus of therapy, and each partner is expected to pay attention to self-improvement and self-awareness. I work with folks in monogamous and ethical non-monogamous relationships.
